wonderful I am appalled to think that anyone could ever be unhappy with pittman jewelers, they are actually above the nicest store you could ever go into and shop. They are very educated in their business,and definitely know what they are doing,very trustworthy,knowledgeable,and prices are always very fair.what else can I say? they are "only the best"They are a fine family and a great family business .I guess there are some customers you'd never please,no matter how hard you try!

Pittman Jewlers I took my wedding ring here to get it fixed after it broke. The place is very nice and orderly. The people there were down to earth and friendly. There is a little dog there that actually greets you at the door. They repaired my ring within a few days. The price was a little high and I was not happy with the work when I went back. never again I had my engagement ring resized there. Upon dropping it off,my ring was perfect. When I picked it back up,the ring (14k white gold) had an area that was dented in. I don't know if that is where they resized the ring but its noticeably dented and no longer in perfect condition. Very unfortunately for us,we didn't notice until we were in the car driving home. Highly unprofessional and rude! The owner as well as a woman worker there were extremely rude. They didn't answer the question about a ring setting that I came into their establishment asking. I would save yourself the trouble.

Disappointed! After passing their billboard advertising them as a dealer for Pandora charms I decided to take a look at their collection. They only had a small amount of charms and I ordered the one I was looking for ... well, that is 7 weeks ago and my charm is not even near. I call them every week to hear more excuses why the charm (that I already paid for) has not arrived yet. They won't return your call if you leave a voice mail. Type the title here for your review of Pittman Jewellers I first phoned the Jeweler to see if I could bring a wedding band in to be sized. They said, "sure, we could probably do it in a day or two." They would not give me a price over the phone which was fine. I brought it to them and the sales girl brought out the owner who proceeded to ask me how much I paid for the ring and tried to sell me one of theirs.
