Terrible experience! Avoid at all cost. They dropped my septic tank lid and couldn’t get it out. They saw it was not in place and I specifically warned them before they started the job. If you just simply can’t get a lid out you shouldn’t be in this business. They then blamed me for dropping it instead of apologizing. She came out dumped our tank, left my property clean and tidy. All before any other company even returned my call. I highly recommend them!
Past client and this was a repeat performance. Prompt response from Jessica and her team. They helped provide some solutions for an old existing septic system and Drainfield. Ultimately identified a long ago installed section of pipe between the exterior of my house and the septic tank that was a bottle neck and causing repeated clogging issues. I decided to go with Septic Dominators after talking to the sales person, Bobby. He was very clear in explaining all of my options, and he gave me a good deal. I appreciated his wisdom and thoroughness. I did have two issues with the office not calling me back in a timely fashion, but that isn't enough to knock them down to a four. Their service was great.
