Terrible experience! Avoid at all cost. They dropped my septic tank lid and couldn’t get it out. They saw it was not in place and I specifically warned them before they started the job. If you just simply can’t get a lid out you shouldn’t be in this business. They then blamed me for dropping it instead of apologizing. When you see someone digging WHILE holding up the internet cable to ensure you can keep working from home? That's above and beyond. They just did a pretty complex fix for me moments ago, and I'm hopeful it's the solution, but as of right now, I can tell you: I've never seen a company try harder to help some people in a bad spot out, and that alone makes them worth your attention!
