I originally found Bender Chiropractic online when searching for a chiropractor for my partner who had been struggling with persistent back pain. I have been going to Dr. Bender for nutritional counseling since I have been doing the things. He has been recommending my digestion has greatly improved. I am no longer experiencing acid reflux. I am getting a better quality of sleep and experiencing more energy without having to use a whole bunch of caffeine. This is the first time I have ever been to the chiropractor and it has been an amazing experience. I was having awful back pain from my head to my lower back and in just three months not only is my back pain gone (with the occasional bad days) the numbness and tingling in my hands and feet has disappeared.
